TERMS & CONDITIONS
I hereon assign and grant to Procter & Gamble, and those for whom it is acting and those herein disclosed in perpetuity throughout the world all rights and permission to copyright and/or use and publish photographic portraits or pictures of me in which I may be included whether in whole, in part, in composite, including but not limited to any blurring, distortion, optical illusion or effect howsoever made through any media for art, advertising trade, internet or any other lawful purpose whatsoever.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, or to receive a copy thereof.
I hereby release and discharge Procter & Gamble, its successors, assigns and all persons acting under its permission or authority, those for whom it is acting and those herein disclosed from any liability whatsoever that may occur or be produced during recording or in any processing, distribution or publication of the finished product.
This Agreement shall be construed according to, and governed by, the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., notwithstanding any forum state or country’s choice-of-law rules to the contrary, except to the extent that U.S. federal law applies.
I hereby affirm firm that I am a United States citizen over 18 years of age and have the right to enter this agreement.
